Chat Commands:
/m or /Map <message> - map chat
/p or /Party <message> - party chat
/g or /Guide <message> - guild chat
/d <message> - representative chat. Applicable only to archon, councils and guild masters
/s or /Race <message> - applicable only to archon and councils
/<name1>,<name2>,<name3>,<name4> <message> - send group message up to 4 players.
/Vote <poll_question_without_space> - broadcast poll through out the race. Applicable only to archon.

U need program that can send\reacive\catch packets (WPE or WPF+Proxifier)
U start looking packets than vote for someone, than stop looking and
look for packet C>s(from client to server): it has name Voterequest
(if u click on it u will see packet and near it the name of the person).
Copy the packet, than make char 1 lvl enter the game and send the packet.
